1. JOB OBJECTIVES
• To develop and execute sale strategies to promote products or services and increase sales;
• To conduct market research, strategic planning, advertising, and overseeing sales activities;

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A/ MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS:
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities;
• Analyze data to develop marketing strategies and sales plans.
B/ SALE STRATEGY AND PLANNING:
• Develop and implement sale campaigns, including
digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising;
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
C/ SALES ACTIVITIES:
• Identify potential clients and generate leads;
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing tenants, agents, customers and clients;
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
D/ BRAND MANAGEMENT:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning;
• Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed.
E/ BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
• Manage the sales budget efficiently;
• Allocate resources for various sales activities.
F/ COLLABORATION AND COORDINATION:
• Work closely with the customer service team of the company to align sales efforts with sales goals;
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of sale initiatives.
