KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
GTM Strategy & EExecution:
• Support the planning and execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for new product launches and product lifecycle management.
• Coordinate key commercial elements including product positioning, pricing, channel readiness, promotional activities, and launch schedules.
• Ensure market readiness and smooth execution of GTM plans across all business functions.
Business Performance Management:
• Monitor product performance through sales, sell-out, inventory, and distribution data analysis.
• Track business results against targets and identify opportunities or risks impacting product performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Commercial & Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail, Marketing and realated teams to develop launch programs, incentive schemes, joint-marketing activities, and retail activation plans.
• Support the preparation of product-related materials, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
• Contribute to the execution of product promotion and channel development initiatives.
Cross-functional Coordination:
• Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between RHQ, Multi and local teams to support effective decision-making and project delivery.
• Coordinate project timelines, key deliverables, and follow-up actions across departments.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
• Prepare regular business reports, launch evaluations, and management presentations.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and project cost analysis.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing GTM effectiveness.
Other Duties:
• Perform additional assignments and projects as required by management.
Yêu cầu
• 3-5 years of experience in GTM strategy or product-related role, such as product management or product support, product marketing and project management.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and Chinese; both of Chinese and English is a strong advantage.
Skill Requirement
1. Good understanding of consumer electronics products; candidates with a technical background or product-related experience are preferred.
2. Strong interest in the consumer electronics industry, with a proactive learning mindset and willingness to grow in a fast-paced business environment.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
