Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Industrial Engineer (Garment, $1150, ID 21361)
Prepare Operation Bulletin (OB) and calculate Standard Minute Value (SMV).
Develop sewing line layout, machine layout, manpower allocation, and line balancing.
Conduct time & motion studies to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Monitor production efficiency, WIP, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support sample development, R&D, and new style introduction.
Work closely with Production, Technical, Quality, and Planning teams to achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance with factory SOPs and industry standards.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience as an IE in garment manufacturing.
Strong expertise in jackets (padded & non-padded) and bottoms (pants, trousers, shorts, denim).
Proficient in SMV calculation, OB preparation, line balancing, and production optimization.
Good command of English for daily communication and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of IE software is an advantage.
Experience working with international brands is preferred.
