Our Integrated Enterprise Solution Business Unit (IES) has made ABeam the top SAP Consulting firm in terms of quality and leadership in digitalization where we implement the latest SAP technology such as S4 HANA, IBP, Transportation Management, Hybris, Fieldglass, and CONCUR. Our services cover not only new implementation but also roll-out, upgrade and application enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP EWM Solution Design & Implementation
Lead SAP EWM functional activities throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
Analyze client warehouse management processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and SAP optimization.
Design and configure SAP EWM solutions based on business and operational requirements.
Develop functional specifications and solution designs for EWM-related requirements.
Ensure SAP EWM solutions are aligned with overall SAP architecture and business processes.
2. Business Requirement & Consulting
Conduct client interviews and workshops to understand warehouse and logistics requirements.
Translate business requirements into SAP EWM functional solutions.
Advise clients on SAP EWM standard functionality and best practices.
Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate solutions, including configuration, enhancement or process redesign.
Support business process harmonization and standardization across warehouses and locations.
3. Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM and other functional teams to ensure end-to-end business process integration.
Support integration between SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA / ECC.
Analyze integration requirements and coordinate with technical teams for interfaces and enhancements.
Support end-to-end integration testing across warehouse and logistics processes.
Identify and resolve cross-functional integration issues.
4. Testing & Deployment
Prepare functional test scenarios and test cases for SAP EWM processes.
Lead or support unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support defect analysis and resolution throughout testing cycles.
Prepare cutover activities and support data migration / master data validation where required.
Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP EWM, with experience in SAP implementation projects at SAP consulting firms
Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and functional solution design.
Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse management and logistics processes.
Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP EWM implementation is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of integration between EWM and SAP MM, SD, PP and QM.
Experience with SIT, UAT, defect management and post-go-live support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of functional workstreams.
High fluency of English
