Mô tả công việc
• Brand/franchise management:
- Brand/franchise catalogue management aligned on strategic priorities.
- Problem solving: analyze the category on a monthly basis and follow-up with Sales & Education to solve potential issues.
• Integrated marketing plan for new product launches / renovation:
- Research on insights of consumers/doctors
- Develop relevant tools/materials to support the launch/re-push campaigns
- Work closely with Sales & Education on selling speech & training material
- Propose adequate activities in terms of animation, digital, CRM if assigned
- Work with merchandising to follow-up on visual staging
- Implement local adaptation of print material for communication (media, e-commerce, KOL)
• Retail excellence at POS: work together with sales team to create stronger sales, build awareness and drive traffic to POS.
• Digital excellence: develop digital plan and ensure excellent execution to build brand image, brand awareness and drive traffic to POS/E-commerce.
• Initiate and implement CRM activities (if assigned) such as digital, direct mailing, partnerships with relevant brands and special events.
• Implement effective animation and promotions plans to strengthen brand image, raise brand awareness, and support key products' sales.
• Analyze & review pricing of the whole category on a regular basis, benchmarking with local competitors and other APAC markets.
• Product sales forecasting:
- Manage forecast accuracy of current key products and new product launches.
- Anticipate potential of new product launches & order through logistic books.
• Follow-up on launch/renovation plan for current & next year with ASEAN Zone contact.
• Analyze and identify trends of market, competitor and consumer information to give recommendations to management.
• Manage PPP budget (advertising, promotion, animation, production materials)
Yêu cầu
• Core competency
- Affinity and knowledge in brand management
- Strong background in digital marketing
- Strong analysis skill
- At least 2 years in relevant position. Ideally, experience in beauty/fashion related industry.
- Good command of English
• Soft skills
- Sensitivity to the métier (cosmetics/beauty) and affinity with fashion and skincare products
- Strong people leadership skill
- Driving attitude & demonstrates entrepreneurship
- Proactivity & ability to take initiatives. Ability to innovate and think out of the box
