Ensure the MPS for weekly and daily is always 100% accurate and achievable.
Achieve and maintain 95% MPS goal.
Make sure KPI Shipment Achievement 98%
Own production planning, BOM and document control with or without additional support.
Analyze material and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to Supply Planner based on accuracy customer demand.
Meet daily with manufacturing team to assess production schedules, (adjust as necessary based on production results) optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to help achieve 100% on time delivery.
Work with IE about capacity sizing to meet monthly customer required date.
Work with ME to make sure machine/ MOI.. setup ready before starting Production plan.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree or Equivalent, major in Business administration, Industrial management or Supply chain/ Logistics management.
Have more than 3 - 4 years 'planning work experience in foreign enterprises.
Have strong language skills, good at communication and cooperation, can properly handle the company's various departments related affairs.
Have a sense of teamwork.
Be able to master excel/ power BI
Fluently in English
