Job Summary
1. We are seeking an experienced and versatile Business Project Management to manage a range of pilot projects focused on multi-channel management, sales uplift initiatives and enhance internal processes.
2. The Business Project Management will be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful outcomes
3. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in complex data management and is able to navigate multi-stream projects, possess a strong ability to problem solve, structure, organize, and plan effectively, have a high level of initiative and drive.
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute project plans for pilot projects, including defining objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
● Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of pilot projects. Monitor stakeholder engagement throughout the project, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure effective communication and information sharing with stakeholders.
● Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
● Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges or obstacles.
● Analyze project data, evaluate outcomes, and provide insights and recommendations for project improvements.
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on pilot project performance.
● Manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
● Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
● Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
● Identify and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance pilot project management processes.
● Document lessons learned and create reports or presentations to share project outcomes and recommendations.
