What You Will Do:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, and ensuring delivery

within scope, time, and quality.

• Act as Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprint

reviews, retrospectives).

• Coordinate across Product Owner, Business Analyst, Engineering, QA, and AI/Data

Teams to achieve project goals.

• Oversee budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and conflicts throughout the project.

• Ensure clear, transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular

progress reports.

• Track and measure business value delivered, partnering with the Product Owner to optimize

ROI.

• Provide basic business analysis support (gathering, clarifying, validating requirements)

to ensure smooth delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance.

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR,

HIPAA).

• Support change management to help teams and users adapt to new processes and

technologies.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related

field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing software projects in roles such as

PM/BA/PO.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC practices.

• Proven expertise in budgeting, estimation, risk & quality management, and resource

planning.

• Excellent skills in planning, organization, communication, stakeholder management,

and team leadership.

• Basic business analysis skills: ability to support requirement gathering, clarification, and

documentation with BA/Product Owner.

• Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret project performance, velocity, and usage data

to support decision-making.

• Change management skills: capable of facilitating organizational and team adaptation to

new processes or technologies.

• Proficiency with project management tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Notion,

Slack/Teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multitask, and work under pressure.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Big Plus If You Have:

• Previous experience working in an AI-first company or collaborating with AI/ML

teams.

• International certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum).

• Experience working in EdTech, HealthTech, or HR systems.

• Previous exposure to AI/ML-driven features (recommendation engines, personalization).

• Experience with user research and usability testing.

• Hands-on with wireframing/mockup tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure).
