About the Role
We are striving for business expansion in different fields in the upcoming time. Join us as an IT Project Manager to:
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company's objectives.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Build and manage project schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire Project lifecycle.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Work directly with customers from Vietnam, Korea, and other countries.
- Participate in the recruiting, training and development of project staff.
- May perform additional tasks assigned by the manager/ BOD to ensure smooth project completion.
- Report to: Division Manager/ Head of Department.
- Manage team size 05-30 members.
Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Background in Back-end development.
- Candidates aged 35 or below are preferred
Required Skills
- Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management.
- Excellent understanding of Software Development lifecycle.
- Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create teamwork oriented environment, etc.
- Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude.
- Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely).
- Experienced in development skills and able to review and supervise development team.
Preferred Skills
- PMP Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience with business in Finance, Payment, Banking.
- Experience with clients and customers from Korea.
