1. Investor Relationship Development & Management (40%):
• Proactively seek and develop new customers (hunter mindset), while simultaneously acquiring and effectively utilizing customer leads from the Group's Breakthrough Business Units.
• Directly build, maintain, and develop relationships with investors in high-end apartment projects, hotels, resorts, and major general contractors.
• Advise and present comprehensive solutions for various product categories: tiles, flooring, sanitary ware, kitchens, water heaters, etc., instead of approaching them individually.
• Expand business opportunities from existing customer bases, aiming for long-term, multi-project collaborations; ensuring comprehensive fulfillment of investor and general contractor needs.
2. Leading the Project Sales Team (30%)
• Build, train, and develop a Project Sales team (3-10 personnel) with a professional orientation, enhancing B2B consulting and negotiation capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments (Design Support, Technical Assurance, After Sales) to provide solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and standardize the sales process: from customer approach, solution proposal, negotiation to implementation and after-sales service.
• Develop a KPI system and compensation policy linked to sales and profit margin performance.
3. Supplier Negotiation & Price Optimization (20%)
• Directly work and negotiate with partners/suppliers (Lixil, Duravit, Bosch, Unilin...) to optimize pricing policies and solutions for investors.
• Proactively explore trade policies, incentive programs, and partnerships to increase competitive advantage in pricing.
• Participate in international trade fairs (ISH, Cersaie...) and factory tours to stay updated on product trends, technology, and market trends.
• Propose industry strategies and product portfolios suitable for each project segment.
4. Strategy & Reporting (10%)
• Develop and implement quarterly/annual business plans for the project segment, contributing to the Group's overall revenue targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on business results, project pipelines, and market analysis for the Board of Directors.
• Propose strategies for expanding and penetrating potential project segments (luxury hotels, resorts, office buildings, etc.).
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 5 years of project sales experience in the finishing materials sector (sanitary ware, tiles, flooring, kitchens, or equivalent).
• Preference will be given to candidates from international brands or major distributors in the industry, with experience in Key
Account Manager/Project Sales Manager positions, managing projects worth 20 billion VND or more.
• Possess a network of relationships with investors, general contractors, architects, and international operating units.
• Intensive product knowledge, ability to advise on multi-industry solutions and work with architects and project engineers.
• Excellent spoken English, ability to work effectively with foreign partners.
• Professional, honest demeanor, ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
