Senior QA Automation Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will become one of the first members of the QA team to support our passionate Product Development Team with the Product testing (Manual and Automation Testing).
You will be working with our development team to define the QA strategies through detailed but easy to follow test plans.
In performing your tasks you will work with a team of QA specialists by using a variety of testing tools, formats and learning the best practices that we follow. (Automation testing through Playwright)

Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving: Clarify requirements, create test strategies, and focus testing on areas needing improvement.
- Testing: Develop automation tests, execute manual testing, and resolve defects with the Product Development team.
- Consultation: Guide QA members and align testing processes within the team.
- Learning & Collaboration: Engage in team discussions and adopt continuous learning practices.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documents for seamless knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
Must Have:
- Minimum 5+ years of QA experience, with proficiency in both manual and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts.
- Knowledge of at least one test automation framework such as Playwright, Katalon, Selenium etc.
- Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Coding experience in Python and/or Typescript (React).
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
