Senior QA/QC Engineer Automation Test, English

As a part of our QA team, you as Senior will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases and automated test scripts for API, Web, and Mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers to contribute to the projects and deliver the best quality solutions to our customers.

Your role & responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and automation test scripts.
• Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect-tracking system.
• Collaborate with teams from Vietnam & the US to evaluate and clarify product requirements and designs.
• Support the team to troubleshoot the issues reported by users or stakeholders from the US.
• Timezone Coordination => Must align with the California time zone for at least 2 hours each day with a starting time of 6 AM.
• Office Commitment: On-site work is mandatory for a minimum of 3 days weekly.

• Fluency in English is required. You should be able to comfortably communicate with native speakers in both written and oral forms.
• Experienced in automation testing with any framework and programming language.
• Flexible to study and use new technologies for the job, especially AI and RPA.
• Experience in testing Web and Mobile applications.
• Familiar with the issue and test management tools like Jira, TestRail...
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great interest in testing, open-minded, and able to self-motivated.
• Experience in testing software/applications for the healthcare industry is a plus.
