SENIOR QUALITY CONTROL QA QC, Tester

We have launched Minswap V2 in 2024 and even more exciting features after that, focusing on sustainable development.

Responsibilities
● Analyze, clarify, and understand product and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans.
● Design detailed and well-structured test cases for various testing stages.
● Conduct thorough regression, functional, non-functional, integration, ad-hoc, and exploratory testing on web, mobile, and API platforms.
● Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
● Maintain and review test cases developed by team members to ensure consistency and quality.
● Troubleshoot issues reported by users and community members, providing timely and effective solutions.
● Develop, maintain, and review test scripts for test automation, API testing, and performance testing.
● Continuously improve workflows and share best practices across the team.

Key Requirements:

● A minimum of 4 years of experience in QA/QC roles, including at least 2 years with automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Katalon, Protractor).
● Strong knowledge of test methodologies and principles.
● Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent.
● Familiarity with proxy tools (e.g., Proxyman, Charles).
● Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or K6.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong self-learning and research abilities.
● Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
● A willingness to learn and adopt new automation technologies.

Nice to Have:
● Experience working with financial or blockchain products.
● Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Grafana Cloud).
● Knowledge of database operations SQL/NoSQL .
● Experience in a leadership role (e.g., Test Lead).
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● Gross salary: $1600 gross/month (negotiable)
● Various bonuses during the year: product launch bonus, 13th month bonus, token bonus and more on annual revenue
● Probation 2 months with 100% salary.
● Work 40 hours/week, 2 WFH days per month, paid birthday leave
