* Work location:4 th Floor, 728-730 Vo Van Kiet Street, Ward 1, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City
* Mô tả công việc - Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities;
- Pre-tender estimate;
- Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors;
- Site valuation and Site measurement;
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account;
- Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure;
- Attending Client consultant and site meeting;

Yêu cầu
- More than 3 years of work experience in Construction Company
- University Degree in Engineering or related building construction;
- Good communication skill in English;
- Familiar with Acad program, cost estimate;
- High sense of responsibility, able to work under high pressure.
- Ability to work independently and resourcefully; to be able to manage deadlines.
- Willing to work overtime/ at weekend to fulfill the pending tasks or urgent requirement.
- Willing to support/ help colleague in the company
- Honest, quick-learning, hard-working, active and creative.
