Mô tả công việc
- To prepare, manage the Bill of quantities (BQ), Pre-Tender Estimation (PTE), Cost Estimation, Cost plan. Contract Package
- To prepare Payment Certificates, Final Account, Variation orders, Financial reports, Statements,...
- To complete Tender Document, Contract Documents and other reports
- To search, follow up, update and manage material sources / prices, cost database and other databases
- To attend Tender Interviews/tender assessment report, project meetings and discuss with Clients/ Contractors/ Consultants
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Yêu cầu
- Good technical knowledge of concerned regulations on Construction Field.
- Best understanding of Standard Method of Measurement and level of rate.
- To be familiar with Fidic, be able to prepare the conditions of Contract follow the conditions of Fidic
- University Degree with relevant in Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management.
- At least 5-10 years of working experience in Quantities Surveyor position
- Experience in BOQ Analysis, Tender and Contract.
- Have practicing license or professional registration
- Team work, good communication skill, well-organized
- Ability to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime
- High sense of responsibility
- Fluently English is necessary
- Experiences working in consultancy firm is an advance.
