Mô tả công việc
Recruitment:
· Sourcing resumes , and interviewing and presenting the right candidates for Dept. Heads ' review
· Provide excellent service and follow-up regularly with Dept. Heads and candidates
· Responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities including advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
· Manage executive and non-executive positions
· Managing interview schedules and job offers to potential candidates
· Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions and salary tiers
· Cooperate with Head-Hunt if necessary
Implementing the Employment Support:
· Preparation for the newcomer integration
· Guiding new employees to submit personal documents as prescribed
· Guidelines for the integration of new employees (rules, policies, regulations ...)
· Subscribe to the departments on preparing for beginners (stationery, computers ...)

Construction recruitment sources
· Manage and develop candidate database, maintained regular relations with partners to provide head-hunting services, development of suitable candidates selected cultural and organizational needs
· Updated information about the market situation, recruitment, recruitment program proposed to improve the efficiency of recruitment
Training
· Organize and deliver induction program to new employees
· Support to conduct others training activities assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
· Required skill(s): Recruitment, Interview and Selection, Time management skills, Planning, Communication skill, Problem Identification and Solving.
· Required language(s): good communication in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
· At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment or staffing. · Candidates with good experience in the retail industry will be preferable
