Essential Responsibilities
Customers
Actively approach targeted business clients through sales calls, meetings, etc.
Search for new client leads.
Develop relationships with existing customers.
Keep a data base of all B2B customers.
Monitoring and tracking of clients requesting information
Continuation of customer service standards
Sales materials
Provide monthly sales report and present sales plan.
Event Sales focused on small groups and third parties
Keeping up with correspondence and have accountable response times
Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting
Sales target
Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling for different products, seasonal offers and events.
Achieve targets and drive sales performance through implementation of sales initiatives.
Brand
Be an expert on the brand and its products in order to advice well customers and answer all questions they might have about our products, pricing and services.
Be aware of all upcoming seasonal offers and events.
Skillsets
Previous experience in sales.
Meticulous and well-organized.
Self-starter with the ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals quickly.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
Compensation
Salary based on experience and skillsets.
Social security and health insurance.
Sales bonus

BLANK is a Food & Beverage Brand. BLANK LANDMARK is a lounge in the tallest building in South East Asia - Landmark 81, on the 75th and 76th floor. We serve all-day local coffee, cocktails, craft beers, sweet and savory canapes with the best panoramic view of the city. BLANK Bitexco is a refreshment bar on the 2nd floor of Bitexco serving loose-leaf tea, single-origin coffee, fresh juices, and homemade pastries. Location in Hanoi coming in August.
