KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION COUNSELLOR:
• Provide information and consult international students and their families regarding study options and migration pathway in Australia.
• Liaise with clients to explain the application process, documents required and follow up for documents/information
• Closely coordinate between students and education providers
• Initiate marketing and sales activities to generate leads and inquiries
• Assist in organising events/exhibitions and other marketing activities if applicable
• Attend professional training activities organised by the company and related partners
• Build good working relationships with marketing and admissions staff from education providers/institutions.
• Supervise school applications across the team
SALES EXECUTIVE:
• Execute marketing and BD activities to generate leads and inquiries for APC migration services
• Follow up with potential clients to close the sales
• Send quotations and contracts to prospective clients and follow up
Yêu cầu
• At least 1 - 2 years experience in the sales and customer services
• Graduated Bachelor or above
• High level of computer literacy and strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English (at least equivalent to Ielts 6.0) and Vietnamese
• Demonstrate teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• Understand in Australian education system or Australian student visa process and regulations is an advantage
