Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Sales Executive (Feed Additives, $1700, ID14353)
Gather countries' data on the market, products, customers, and competitors, and match the products with the local
Supervise inventory to ensure stable and consistent product availability
Build and animate the sales team
Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships
Create and follow sales plans for each existing/future customer, based on customer segmentation, customer needs, and growth targets by creating and delivering distinctive value solutions aimed at continuous margin improvement and growth
Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting, customer visit reports, business development reviews, market trends, surveys, etc.
Report sales actions to the Commercial Manager on a monthly basis
Participate in client meetings with commercial team/distributors Initiate contact with new prospects
Provide technical support to the distribution network and end-user customers
Suggest and supervise/coordinate feed trials with partners and clients
Keep product specifications and trial results up-to-date, keep customer/partner relationship
Requirement
Male. Age: Under 45 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science or related scientific field or veterinarian.
HHaving more than 04 years of experience in selling B2B channels to companies producing feed additives/premix.
Knowledge of animal nutrition.
Willing and able to travel.
Good English.
