Mô tả công việc
Mission:
In charge of providing information directly / via email / phone to first time customers / new partners interested in the Industrial Park; Coordinate classification and management of customers/partners
Carry out transactions, negotiate with customers according to approved sales policies and strategies in each period.
Drafting and negotiating the Lease Offer/Principle Contract/Land Lease Contract and its Appendixes to the Client.
Ensure implementation of business strategy and targets according to assigned tasks and KPIs.
Regularly update, promptly report to the Sales Director on the status of the client being negotiated.
Work with departments, collect documents, information on construction progress, project status as required to answer customers.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Graduated from university to major in business administration, economics, finance, commerce; or majoring in English or Chinese/Korean/Japanese languages.
Work experience:
Preference will be given to candidates with business experience in the field of industrial real estate
Minimum years of experience required: 2 - 5 years.
