Mô tả công việc
Lead/funnel follow-up and generation to make the customers pick SEV's value propositions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Analyze industry trends to identify ways to improve company products and services.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify and fulfill customer needs.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Understand the customers' needs and make sure the accurate information from the relevant department reaches the customers clearly and in a timely fashion.
Research segments, pricing elasticity evaluations and presentations
Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure reconciliation of receivables across multi-sales channels and platforms .
Work with marketing to produce suitable, relevant and up-to-date sales material.
Coordinate with the Operation team to make sure what has been sold is delivered.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Produce sales reports for the sales manager and leadership team.
Prepare the materials, contracts, letters for the government registrations and other documents.
Organizing sales operations and procedures.
Be involved in the delivery of SEV events on location.
Translation from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
Yêu cầu
Fluent in professional English.
Good understanding of general and business cultural aspects is important.
Experience as a Salesperson is strongly preferred.
Experience in organizing events is a plus.
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
Familiarity with email composing and management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
Additional qualification as a Sales Skills will be a plus.
