Overview (Objective of the Position)
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for extending the capabilities of our Salesforce platform to support various business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement custom applications that enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Description of Key Responsibilities
- As a member of the global CRM team, take responsibility of lean and user-friendly development together with internal and external colleagues.
- Collaborate with Application Owners and cross-functional teams to understand and refine business requirements into specifications.
- Handle support requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Design and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs according to global governance principles.
- Contribute solutions to agreed standards and best practice, including test design, user and system documentation.
- Support the communication with well-documented features, writing Release Notes and provide content for training material alongside developed features.
- Participate in Go-Live Support and testing activities, conduct demo sessions and customer training on newly implemented features during reviews or optional with users.
- Develop, test and deploy selected user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Handle integrations to ERP and other customer facing solutions connected to Salesforce.
- Be part of an agile development team and handle all development-related tasks independently.
- Investigate root causes and errors as part of the operational team. Identify and deliver solutions by actively communicating remotely with team members and stakeholders.
- Together with our Architect support and team up with our non-developer team members to solve requests from our global userbase across all time zones.
- Work with international stakeholders as part of ongoing change management in a global environment.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer or related role...
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM Platform on Sales and Service Cloud with insights in Experience Cloud and Optional Commerce Cloud.
- Sound experience in configuration and development of Marketing Cloud (HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SQL, REST and SOAP API)
- Advanced Experience in customization and development of SF applications using Flows, APEX, LWC and Webservices.
- Proven experience with Salesforce No Code and Low Code principles.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, sharing settings, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
- Hold certifications such as Platform App Builder or Developer I + II - additional MC certification(s) will be a strong advantage.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Experience in CI/CD principles and test [protected info] Github , Copado, Xray, Ranorex, Selenium.
- Experience with version control and pull request workflows.
- Experience with DX and Salesforce development tools.
- Knowledge of SAP to understand and resolve integration issues is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and a mindset for continuous improvement
