II. Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer
to join a high-impact enterprise project. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring developers.

III. Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development & Solution Delivery:
Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Salesforce solutions across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Customer/Partner Portal)
.
Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce applications.
Build custom user interfaces using
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce
.
Develop and optimize
Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future Methods, and Scheduled Jobs
.
Configure and enhance Customer/Partner Portal functionality to support business operations.
Ensure high system performance, scalability, maintainability, and security following Salesforce best practices.
Integration & Architecture:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
.
Implement integration patterns using Named Credentials, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
Apply Salesforce architecture best practices, including:
Data Model Design
Sharing & Security Model
Governor Limits
Bulkification
Declarative vs Programmatic Solution Design
Participate in technical solution design and architecture discussions.
Technical Leadership:
Mentor and support junior and mid-level Salesforce developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
Promote reusable components, clean architecture, and technical documentation.
Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on complex development challenges.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Estimate development efforts and support project planning activities.
Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with international teams in English.
IV. Job Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidates must have strong written and spoken English communication skills and be able to participate confidently in technical interviews conducted in English.
Must-Have:
6+ years
of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
At least
2 years in a Senior Developer or Technical Lead role
is highly preferred.
Strong experience with:

Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and contributing to solution design.

Fluent English

Platform Developer I & II Certifications
(or equivalent expertise).

V. Salary & Benefits:
Rate/Salary:
Up to 50,000,000 VND gross/month (negotiable based on qualifications and interview performance)
