Job Description
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Responsible for enhancing security to build a reliable service and protect against external threats.
Responsible for team and members development; facilitate the workload among squads and manage team deliverables.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Ensure BAEMIN cyber security against external threats:
Design and build program to proactively identify and drive mitigation efforts to reduce potential threats and strengthen the BAEMIN security resilience, including security architecture and processes;
Perform technical security assessments, code reviews and vulnerability testing to highlight risk;
Conduct research to identify new security hole against BAEMIN's products and services by proactively collaborating with software engineers to fix security flaws and vulnerabilities;
Be responsible for Information Security Awareness Training for internal as well as the execution and operation of the phishing assessment program;
Evaluating the effectiveness of existing cybersecurity training, education, and awareness programs/activities and consistently improving upon communication;
Promote the information security and data governance culture within the business by being pro-actively involved with the stakeholders.
2. Leadership activities:
Lead the team with clear objectives and deliverables; be on top of security;
Frequently conduct coaching/ feedbacks to boost the performance of team members and ensure member's development;
Communicate with other teams to ensure the effective synergy among cross functions.

Your Skills and Experience
1. Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Management Information System, or experiences in related fields.
2. Experience
At least 5 years of experiences in application-level vulnerability testing and code-level security auditing;
Coding experience in one or more general purpose languages.
3. Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge of security engineering, computer and network security, authentication, security protocols;
Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and integrating security controls through SRE and Infrastructure as a Service techniques.
Effective communication and ability to influence a non-technical audience about various security measures.
Hands-on technical expertise applying in security capabilities and security infrastructure.
Excellent, responsive and reactive problem-solving skill;
Talent Management skill in allocating right resources to the right projects and tasks.
