Mô tả công việc

Develop and customize SharePoint solutions (2016+), including workflows and web parts.
Write and execute scripted migrations from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online.
Work with stakeholders to assess migration requirements and provide custom solutions.
Develop and implement change management plans, including staff training and communication.
Provide post-migration support and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure data security and compliance throughout the migration process.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3+ experience with SharePoint 2016 on premise.
Proven experience in SharePoint development and SharePoint Online migration, particularly from SharePoint 2016.
Expertise in using AvePoint Fly for SharePoint migrations.
Experience in change management and facilitating organizational transitions to new platforms.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including document libraries, workflows, permissions, and custom code.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in managing projects for mid-sized organizations (200+ staff) is preferred.
