Senior SHE & Facility Engineer

About the Senior SHE & Facility Engineer Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for driving S.A.F.E First culture at the site level and being pioneer of EHSE innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal/ external stakeholders to operate and sustain ISO 45001:2018, and other performance systems from the Group and Region on daily basic
Implement H&S programs towards to EHSA; SPS; S.A.F.E First with the collaboration of all internal and external stakeholders to achieve related target proactively
Work closely with medical team to conduct health monitoring programs, occupational illness on preventive programs
Innovate, participate and deploy H&S projects with aims to digitise health safety management system, enable stakeholder to access information whenever needed, ease of use
Lead improvement projects and programs in terms of safety, Top 5 Hazards in cooperation with facility team and operational departments
Provide guidance to various teams in organisation, monitor to ensure EHSE rules communicated well, understood and followed by all employees, contractor, visitors
Well record, monitor, analysis H&S indicators/ parameters in terms of compliance, KPIs, early recognise potential issues, proactively propose solutions to SERE Manager, actions to be taken to prevent issue, flaws
Ensure the workplace is safe and staff is adequately protected from injury by risk assessing all activities, appropriate controls address to the relevant owners
Monitor the general work environment (layout, noise, dust, lighting, etc.), verify buildings and machinery are safe to operate, products and substances are safely handled, and recommend safety features in new processes and products
Manage changes effectively by evaluating plans for new equipment, material, work cells and machines to assure that it is safe to operate and safety levels are maintained
Investigate accidents (hazards, near misses, unsafe conditions, property damage, injuries) to determine the root cause and how to keep prevent these from happening again, ensure actions closed and be evident
Observe compliance of all staff wearing the correct PPEs and raise the awareness on safety by providing training to employees and educating them through safety campaigns of classes, so to ensure activities are safely executed, substances are safely handled and higher risk activities are executed in a controlled way
Conduct daily walkby, weekly and monthly walkby, safety proactive observation to be captured, recorded, taken necessary to eliminate incident occurred
Prepare, organise safety committee meeting with stakeholders, employees consultant on the H&S concerns records and responded
Ensure site meets fire safety regulations and NFPA standards and GRC requirements by do assessment, audit the utilities and the items in them to ensure the relevant engineering, inspection, maintain system in place
Work closely with internal/ external stakeholders to operate and sustain E&E management system according to ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018 and LEED Platinum on daily basic.
Innovate and lead E&E programs towards to EHSA; SPS; CLEARR; BAT; carbon neutrality; circularity; energy conservation, Zero Waste Landfill and other programs initialised by Regional and Global teams to accomplish Winning Plan
Record, track, analyse, report E&E indicators by utilising applications of Ecostrucxure, early recognise potential issues, work closely with facility team to offer saving initiatives, and appropriate controls, step by step shape up energy saving at site
Conduct measurement, monitoring environmental indicators as legal requirements and take actions as needed, focus on preventive methodology
Keep up to date new E& E legislation, deploy requirements to perspective departments, evaluate the compliance levels
Organise, perform process audits, system audits, follow up the implementation of stakeholder at high level.
Conduct training on E&E, environmental incidents
Lead environmental incident investigation, makes sure right time, right process, right respond and sustainable outcomes
Prepare regular reports to regional team and local authorities, other reports needed
Manage changes effectively by proactively coordinate with internal stake holder to evaluate plans for new material, tools/ equipment, process and machines to assure environmental aspects identify and control with internal stake holders
Be partner with internal stakeholder to support on E&E matters
Promote GED programs, involve all employees at all levels
To succeed in the Senior SHE & Facility job, you will need to have a fast adaption with speedy changes, high pressure environment, flexible and skillful of balancing.
Key Requirements:
University Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical); Safety & Environment
At least five year experience manufacturing environment; familiar with ISO standards as mentioned above, hands on experience
Data oriented
Good Presentation and communication skill
Good command of English
