1. Job Description:
SOCIAL STRATEGIC PLANNING
Continuously track and synthesize consumer insights, social trends, and case studies to build a strong knowledge base that informs campaign thinking and brand-building direction.
Take lead in cracking client briefs by:
Gathering relevant background (brand, category, audience)
Conducting competitor & social landscape analysis
Identifying key insights & opportunity gaps
Translate findings into strategic directions and actionable social approaches, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, target audience, and platform behaviors.
Proactively propose communication direction, content pillars/angles, and strategic recommendations that elevate campaign effectiveness and distinctiveness in the market.
Collaborate cross-functionally with account, KOL team to deliver quality outcomes
CREATIVE APPROACH
Allocate suitable KOL strategy for the target of each campaign.
Contribute creative ideas for social-first campaigns that are bold, relatable, and platform-native.
Stay on top of social trends, formats, and cultural moments to ideate concepts that resonate with Gen Z & Millennial audiences.
Visualize and conduct proposals with mockups, storytelling angles, and content hooks.
EXECUTION
Book relevant communities (fanpage, group, forum...) for seeding and amplification with the content plan from the aligned proposal.
Flag low-performing posts and proactively suggest improvement strategies or contingency content.
2. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Have knowledge about digital planning, digital platform management, content strategy.
Fluent in conducting proposal on Google slide/ Canva
At least 2 years experience in planning department and have strong sense of copywriting
Have experienced in the same role in Social Agency is a PLUS
Understanding of influencer market and updating social trend
Proactive, capable of adapting quickly to changing situations and emerging opportunities.
Positive attitude, responsibility, persistence.
Willing to learn new market trends and be self-demand
