We are looking for a Senior Java/Golang, Angular/VueJS Developer to be part of our expanding team. Your main goal is to oversee the development of products within the FinTech and Payments processing industry.
As a Senior Developer, your responsibilities will be:
System Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-quality software applications using Java, Golang, or Angular, VueJS.
Take lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver new features.
Review & ensure code quality by writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and enforcing development best practices.
Optimize performance and scalability across distributed systems and complex environments.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and proactively.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead & drive the team to adopt and follow Agile/Scrum practices effectively.
Contribute to system architecture discussions and long-term product/system roadmap planning.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in FinTech, Payments, and modern software development practices.
