The Job
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions in ERP and MES systems
- Provide support to the user groups regarding software issues and bugs.
- Thorough testing code/ QA that is assigned.
- Document software features and maintain the proper version.
- Train users as needed for software use.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create technical specifications
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of our software development practices
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our products and services
Your Skills and Experience
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proficient in English
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on designing and building scalable application
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
- Fundamental knowledge of computer software and database systems
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in modern enterprise systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with relational Database (e.g. SQL)
- Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform)
- Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks
