Main purpose of the position
Specialist - Procurement Business Partner - POSM is responsible for all
Main purpose of the
purchasing within category in line with the Group Purchasing's policy and local
position COA.
Main Responsibilities
• Be a business partner to Sale &
Trade Marketing• Perform supplier market analysis, category analysis and develop TCO understanding within locally managed category.
• Implement the sourcing activities for the locally managed category in accordance with Carlsberg's sourcing process.
• Prepare and execute negotiation events seeking best TCO and beneficial commercial term.
• Propose and execute local savings and optimization activities with supplier.
• Ensure effective contract management follow up activities are in place such as Contract making, POs, workflow, master data etc.
• Build good relationship with stakeholder and manage stakeholders in day-to-day requests for local direct activities.
• Co-operate with stakeholder and supplier to solve defect issue. Escalation of day-to-day issues with suppliers, which cannot be solved by users.
• Manage supplier relationship and their performance against KPIs.
• Develop new sample basing on requirement from stakeholder and recommend innovation to stakeholders.
• Make and/ or assist Category Manager in developing yearly sourcing strategy for managed category.
Personal qualifications / competencies
Experience:
• Relevant commercial experience within all aspects of procurement, especially for POSM
• Experience in Marketing BTL agencies is an advantage.
• International work experience in related industry could be an advantage.
Skills:
• Good Market Reading, Price Benchmarking and Price Forecasting skills.
• Good at interpersonal, problem solving.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills
• Strong analytical ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Procurement system
• Good command of English, writing and speaking
• Knowledge about e-sourcing, contract management, P2P as well as TCO building.
