MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Research & Insight
· Lead client brief analysis, identify core communication problems & research directions.
· Conduct and synthesize market, consumer & competitor analysis to find actionable insights.
· Turn insights into clear, inspiring strategic approaches.
2. Strategy & Concept Development
· Build overall communication / creative strategies for digital, IMC campaigns.
· Lead the development of creative brief, big idea, key message & campaign concept.
· Collaborate closely with Account, Creative, and Production teams for strategic alignment.
· Join client pitching & present strategic thinking confidently and persuasively.
3. Campaign Evaluation / Đánh giá & tối ưu chiến dịch
· Define KPIs and campaign objectives.
· Analyze performance and extract learnings for optimization.
REQUIREMENTS :
· Experience
3-5 years in Planning / Strategic / Creative roles within Digital or IMC agencies.
· Skills
· Strong strategic & creative thinking.
· Deep understanding of brand & consumer behavior.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
· Leadership & mentoring mindset.
· Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, and presentation tools.
