PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition who are responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring company attracts and hires top talent.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with HR Director, Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify appropriate sourcing channels and methods to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to source and attract potential candidates.
- Review resumes, applications, and conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific positions.
- Maintain an updated database of candidate profiles and applications.
3. Interview Coordination and Selection:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Track interview feedback from hiring managers to identify candidates who best match the required qualifications and company culture.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
4. Onboarding:
- Guide candidates through required procedures and arrange onboarding tasks.
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, including employment probation contracts and onboarding documents.
5. Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement:
- Develop and maintain the company's employer brand and ensure its consistent representation throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure complete job descriptions for all positions.
- Craft compelling advertisements that attract qualified candidates.
- Engage with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and talent pools for future hiring needs.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and improve recruitment workflows and procedures.
- Provide insights and suggestions for enhancing the employer brand and attracting top talent.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Education/ Business Administration or related field.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within electronics manufacturing or related industries.
Others:
- Good at English (reading, writing, speaking & listening).
- Understand about labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment methods, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates,
hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
