Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage dealer incentive and engagement programs aligned with VinFast's business and service strategies.
Develop multi-phase and long-term program frameworks (campaign series, annual programs, recognition cycles) to maintain dealer motivation and participation.
Create programs that connect and engage dealers across regions, fostering collaboration and shared best practices within the VinFast dealer network.
Develop and implement training programs and cultural development at Service Shop
Organize specialized topics and professional forums for the community of industry experts & cultural champions.
Promote a learning culture, develop a learning community, and share knowledge within the system.
Organize competitions, engagement activities, recognition, and award programs to encourage a learning spirit, spread culture, and improve service quality.
