• Work with consultant to prepare TP documentation, TPF, and Master File for Piaggio Vietnam.
• Review on TP simulations (PID, PGJ, FPVT, PAP, PPH) to find out issues and propose solutions to higher manager.
• Prepare summary TP simulations for the TP committee.
• Support on HQ, PGJ, PID, PAP, FPVT, and PPH on TP issues.
• Complete monthly TP simulations for PVN and understand the nature of booking in GL for category into each TP transaction & PL per activities.
• Ensure accuracy across 13 simulation cycles.
• Receive questions from tax authorities, analyze them, and propose responses to higher manager.
• Explain TP matters directly to tax auditors when assigned.
• Prepare all required documents requested by tax auditors.
• Gather TP issues from other departments and markets.
• Work with consultants/higher manager to provide timely feedback.
• Ensure 100% of requests receive a TP review and response on time.
• Complete other tasks assigned by senior managers with high quality, especially during tax audit periods.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing, taxation, accounting, and finance.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior exposure to TP declaration, TP documentation, and TP simulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); knowledge of SAP ERP and TP benchmarking databases is an advantage.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus.
• Technical & managerial competencies: SAP, TP competency, VAS
• Proactive, hard‐working, with good communication skills, teamwork skills, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Location: Hanoi, occasionally travel to the Factory in Vinh Phuc (Bus & Allowance for employees from Hanoi).
