VPS is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a passion for crafting elegant, intuitive, and highly functional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a key member of our product design team, you will collaborate closely with product managers,
developers, and business stakeholders to design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals within the fast-paced world of financial technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with business objectives and enhance the user experience.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from conceptualization to final handoff, including wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Transform complex user workflows into clear and engaging interfaces, ensuring usability and visual consistency.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions and iterate accordingly.
- Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels, articulating design rationale clearly and confidently.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the development and refinement of design systems and guidelines.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions for digital platforms.
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong command of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in fintech or working with data-driven platforms is a plus.
