Responsibilities
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and
Marketing leadership to develop product features
Produce experience architecture; user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications, and final graphic
Help contribute to the creative direction and execution of products along the customer journey. You'll be working from identifying problems to delivering a full and complete product solution - a full-stack designer if you will.
Have a perspective on user experience research and are able to conduct testing in several different situations with or without funding. Both qualitative and quantitatively.
Hire, train and develop UX/UI design team
Regularly look outward to find improvement opportunities and incorporate advancements in UX technology, methods, and tools.
Partner with others in the broader design community to develop and extend the experience across the offerings.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a product designer or UX/UI Designer in the eCommerce field, contributing to or leading the design and visual execution of product experiences.
A portfolio of strong interaction design, design systems, and product design work
Strong understanding of the user-centered design process. Experience working in an agile-based environment is a plus.
Strong project and people skills. Must be able to function as an individual contributor and grow your design capabilities and leadership.
Hands-on experience of concepting and visualizing experiences through storyboarding, scenarios, flows, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity.
Experience in core design research, including competitive and landscape analysis, pattern research, qualitative interviews, and crafting insights from observation
Experience driving design and user experience for end-to-end projects.
Excellent communication and organization skills
It would be nice if you:
Good at communication skills
Knowledge in Experimental Psychology, HCI, Research, or relevant major.
