SENIOR WAREHOUSE MANAGER (DIGITAL & SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION)

👉 Position Overview: Thanh Cong Group (TCM) is seeking a visionary Senior Warehouse Manager to spearhead the modernization of our warehousing ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional inventory management; you will act as the "System Architect" responsible for transitioning our conventional operations into a "Smart Warehouse" model through the robust implementation of WMS/ERP systems, data automation, and Lean methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Digital Transformation & System Implementation (Core Focus):
- Act as the Functional Project Lead representing the Warehouse department in the deployment, upgrade, and integration of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the group's core ERP system.
- Implement and champion modern digitization technologies (Barcode, RFID, IoT, PDAs) to automate data collection and achieve 99.9% real-time inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the IT department and technology vendors to troubleshoot system issues and optimize cross-functional data flows.
B. Operational Optimization & Continuous Improvement (Lean):
- Re-layout and redesign warehouse spaces to maximize storage capacity and expedite material flow, supporting both our core textile operations and new business expansions.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste, streamline Inbound/Outbound processes, and reduce operational errors.
C. Risk Management & Data-Driven Reporting:
- Establish automated, real-time KPI dashboards (e.g., Error Rate, Inventory Turnover).
- Analyze inventory data to provide early warnings on slow-moving or dead stock, proactively proposing resolution strategies to the Board of Directors.
D. Team Development & Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives to shift the warehouse team's mindset from manual execution to proficiently operating with smart devices and digital systems.
- Standardize all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct hands-on training to build a tech-savvy and highly disciplined operational team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale warehouses or distribution centers, familiar with global warehouse standard. Experience in multiple manufacturing sites is highly preferred.
- System Competency (Mandatory): Proven track record of leading or heavily participating (as a Project Lead, Process Owner, or Key User) in warehouse transformation initiatives, particularly transitioning from manual operations to digital/AI-driven management and the implementation of modern WMS/ERP systems, automation/ robotics.
- Digital Mindset: Deep understanding of supply chain data flows and a strong passion for adopting new technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Practical expertise in Lean Warehousing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills to effectively guide teams through major operational transitions.
- Language: Professional fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
