Senior Warehousing Manager

*Planning and Inventory Control
- Maximize revenue via meeting OTIF requested from customer with optimized cost and best customer service as well, including but not limit
- Customer insight.
- Plan capacity to meet customer demand.
- Best use of planning tools to optimize manufacturing cost, inventory and be more flexible.
- Respond to customers accurately and timely.
- Keep an appropriate inventory to meet target.
*Purchasing
- Expend wisely in acquiring materials, equipment sufficiently in term of quantity, time, quality with most suitable cost to support business in advanced competition of price, lead-time. It includes but not limit
- Develop suppliers toward smaller (MOQ, # of supplier), faster (lead-time), more flexible, better cost with the appropriate quality/services.
- Search alternatives (material, supplier).
- Negotiate most suitable cost via deeply understanding our specifications, supply base knowledge, negotiation skill and integrity.
*Import/Export
- All the inbound/outbound shipments are tracked and received/shipped on time.
- All laws, regulations, II-VI and local policies and procedures are understood and complied with.
- Optimize freight cost.
- All the customs reports, scrap table reports... (including but not limited) related to customs are controlled and submitted on time.
*Warehousing
- Maintain stock items in good condition and accurately to prevent broken and mixed material to production.
- EHS compliance
