The Service Advisor has to establish and maintain a personal contact with the customer over the lifecycle of his vehicle and keep the customer loyal to the brand.
Conduct a efficient and professional customer consulting process.
Communicate with customer's on service needs, repair strategy, cost, promise time.
Qualify service needs to start the estimation or work order creation task.
Present, advise on and sell current service offers (accessories, service packages, special offers)
Yêu cầu
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and behaviors :
Degree in automotive mechatronic (vocational training)
Has good commercial/business sense & communication skills
Is able to explain technical components/concepts in the car and use this as a basis for understanding, explaining to and advising the customer
Identifies a fault with a vehicle on the basis of customer complaint
Knows local automotive regulations
Takes an interest in local cultural events, sports and politics and is well informed about regional events and developments.
Good in English, Word, Excel, Internet
Has experience in the same postion is advantage
