Mô tả công việc
To be responsible for driving technical service resolution and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through providing post-sales technical/functional support to customers:
1.To provide after sales service including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of various scientific instruments under ITS Vietnam.
2.To provide technical consultancy and support to customers.
3.To conduct basic user functionality training on the equipment at customer's site as and when necessary.
4.To respond to customers' requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline.
5.To support Service Engineers or Technicians in any troubleshooting as and when necessary.
6.To provide trainings and guidance to junior Engineers and Technicians.
7.To constantly develop and upgrade technical skills in order to provide quality service.
8.To develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
9.To write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
10.To perform any other work as and when required.
Yêu cầu
1. Possess Degree in Electric and Electronic, or any related Sciences disciplines and have a minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in a similar capacity
2. Possess Diploma in Electric & Electronic, or any related disciplines with Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
3. Fresh Graduate in Electric and Electronic are encourage to apply.
