Purposes of the Job
To supervise and provide support for day to day activities of the Technical and Maintenance Team
To ensure all work related to technical and maintenance is performed in a safe and efficient manner
Key responsibilities/duties
Supervise Treatment Operator team and ensures smooth operation of controlled atmosphere system
Manage all activities of maintenance work, planning preventive maintenance and services
Generate work orders, track progress and follow up as needed
Work with Project Leader and Technician to ensure the facility and equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Be responsible for troubleshooting and technical helpdesk
Provide consulting services and repair to customers
Coordinate with Project Team in new projects in the installation, commissioning and conduct training for customers
Make drawing, calculate, purchase materials, equipment etc. for maintenance and service works when requested
Study and coordinate with R&D department on system requirement: in module controlling: control O2 level, temperature, RH, and overflow.
Keep all the designed data strictly confidentially recorded and stored as the company intellectual properties
Perform and follow up tests
Study & improve current system
Be expected to proactively participate and contribute ideas and technical solutions
Be responsible to other related tasks assigned by management, including R&D or technical support
Other tasks as required by the Operations Manager
Yêu cầu
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related discipline
Technical background sufficient to understand the technologies and technical issues involved with the product/service
Knowledge of Logistic, Procurement
Knowledge of automatic control is a plus
Working experience in installing controlled system, and repairing for air compressor, dryer, humidifier and sensors is a plus
Knowledge of automatic control system: PLC S7-1200 PLC
Experience in managing a team

Computer skills: can use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Auto CAD, 3D software
