Mô tả công việc
• Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AXAPTA).
• Track and follow up on sales orders, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (logistics, finance, service).
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
• Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
• Generate regular sales reports and assist in sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Support the sales & service team with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.
• Assist in organizing customer visits, product demos, and exhibitions.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience of min. 2 working years in sales admin or customer service, caring with care of exact details and with high responsibility.
• Prior experience in engineering environment
Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, ERP/CRM systems
• Good oral, written and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese language are essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
