Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the working relationship with large FSI organizations, develop a long-term services strategy and execute that strategy within those accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with large FSI organization to understand their business drivers and application portfolio
- Development of long term cloud strategy for customers
- Managing a portfolio of 5 strategic accounts
- Planning and implementation of a portfolio of projects, including budget & deliverable responsibilities
- Ensure lowest delivery risks & issues
- Act as the only contact window for Customer executives, developing deep, trustful relations
- Educate customers and partners about services and translate those into a clear business value proposition
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A Bachelor's degree; Masters/MBA degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of IT consulting/management experience, with demonstrated IT Transformation experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience working with large FSI organizations
- Ability to establish relationships with C-Suite members
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in meeting customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations.
