Operational Oversight & Process Standardization:
Develop, implement, and continuously refine SOPs and Service Manuals for all service locations.
Monitor and improve repair quality, turnaround time, and resource utilization.
Enforce adherence to company-wide technical and customer service standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work with the Spare Part & Supply Chain Lead to optimize parts inventory and prevent shortages.
Align with the Training & Facility Lead to ensure technicians are equipped with up-to-date skills.
Support Sales & Customer Support in resolving service-related escalations.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement:
Implement real-time service tracking dashboards and feedback loops.
Analyze service failure reports and root causes to introduce corrective measures.
Coordinate with the Quality Audit & Support Team for compliance checks and operational improvements.
Department Interactions:
Bike Servicing HQ: Strategy alignment and reporting.
Service Centers: Direct oversight of daily operations.
Supply Chain & Warehousing: Spare parts planning and logistics.
Training Team: Skills development and technician certification.
Yêu cầu
5+ years of experience in service operations or after-sales management.
Strong understanding of electric motorcycle diagnostics and maintenance.
Experience in process development and team leadership.
