• Mục đích/ Job purpose:
- Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals related to manufacturing operations
- Oversee work scheduling to ensure product quality and on-time delivery to customers
- Enforce safety regulations and provide hands-on support to production staff
- Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements
- Lead employee recruitment, performance reviews, and feedback
- Drive team performance and support ongoing staff development
• Trách nhiệm & Hoạt động chính/ Principal accountabilities & Key activities:
- Follow up the machine production plan to meet schedules, taking into account labor availability, material flow, and quality constraints
- Maximize labor utilization and control expenses within budget, ensuring proper documentation is maintained
- Coordinate with the Materials Controller and Distribution Center to ensure timely availability of materials for production
- Maintain accurate documentation related to training, instructions, labor, and material movement to support traceability and product efficiency
- Ensure all employees comply with safety protocols, including the use of appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment
- Recommend disciplinary actions and assess employee performance in relation to quality and waste reduction standards
- Coordinate with the Trainer to deliver effective on-the-job training
- Assess operational risks and report findings to management
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Yêu cầu
Chuyên môn và/hoặc Kinh nghiệm làm việc/ Education and/or Work experience
- Graduated from College and above
- Have 3 years' experience at supervisor level. Experience in Flexible Packaging is preferred
Kỹ năng / Skills
- Good at computer Skills: MS Office: Word, MS Excel. Having experience with SAP system is preferred.
- Good communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
