Mô tả công việc
- Responsible on SHIPPING duties (Import and Export), ensure the goods/ material ready for export/ import on time;
- Responsible on shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
- Deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur. Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
- Fill out import-export documentation, compile carrier and route assignments, compute international fees for each shipment, and keep track of shipment payments and quotas; Prepares bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct
- Monthly prepare the required reports follow the company policy;
- Responsible for coordinate with Forwarder to control the shipments and in charge the liquidation custom declaration for the company;
- Any other duties as when required
Yêu cầu
- Have a college's degree.
- International trade certificate programs provide additional job preparation with courses that focus on import-export regulations and international trade. Experience in an international trade industry is a major requirement for higher level positions in imports and exports.
- Have customer service and negotiation skills to deal with the demands of overseas and local clients, familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipments
- Proficient in spoken and written English or Chinese
- Be required to work with industry standard computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Willing to work for the company for long term.
- Good communication, work under high pressure, team work spirit, willing to learn.
