JOB OBJECTIVE
The Shopee Marketplace Lead is responsible for owning Shopee marketplace growth, shop operations and commercial performance across assigned group brands. This role directly manages Shopee shop administration, product listing optimization, campaign planning, Shopee Ads, promotion mechanics and shop health to drive GMV, conversion, efficiency and sustainable marketplace growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and manage Shopee shop operations, including shop administration, product listing, SKU display, shop decoration, campaign setup and day-to-day marketplace execution.
Build monthly and mega campaign plans for Shopee, including Double Day, Payday, Brand Day, platform campaigns and category-specific commercial activities.
Optimize product listings to improve search visibility and conversion, including title structure, keyword usage, image sequence, product description, pricing display, bundle/combo presentation and trust-building elements.
Plan and execute Shopee promotion mechanics such as vouchers, deals, bundles, flash sale participation, free-shipping mechanics and commercial offers in alignment with Brand Team and Commercial stakeholders.
Manage Shopee Ads and marketplace media activities to improve traffic quality, GMV, shop/product conversion rate and ads efficiency while keeping spending aligned with approved targets.
Monitor key Shopee performance metrics such as GMV, orders, units sold, traffic, product views, add-to-cart, conversion rate, AOV, CIR/Ads Cost Ratio, rating, reviews, response rate and shop health.
Coordinate closely with Brand Team to collect product input, SKU priority, promotion details, product claims, key messages and creative assets required for marketplace campaigns.
Work with Data/BI, CS, Commercial, Warehouse/Operations and relevant internal teams to ensure campaign readiness, stock alignment, customer experience and issue resolution.
Analyze campaign, SKU, listing and ads performance to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps and clear optimization actions.
Prepare Shopee performance reports and recommendations for weekly/monthly business reviews, including key findings, next actions and owner follow-up.
Yêu cầu
3-5 years of experience in Shopee marketplace operation, marketplace KAM, e-commerce growth, marketplace performance or related roles; hands-on experience with shop/campaign performance ownership is required.
Strong hands-on experience using Shopee Seller Center and Shopee Ads; able to directly operate, monitor and optimize marketplace execution without relying only on external support.
Solid understanding of marketplace campaign planning, listing optimization, promotion mechanics, voucher/deal setup, shop health and marketplace conversion drivers.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to read and act on metrics such as GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CIR/Ads Cost Ratio, ROAS, margin and campaign efficiency.
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance tracking, data consolidation, campaign analysis and reporting.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Design, CS, Commercial, Warehouse/Operations, Data and platform-related stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, hands-on, highly organized and able to work under high campaign pressure and tight marketplace deadlines.
Strong ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving ability and willingness to build marketplace operating standards from an early stage.
Preferred experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, personal care, retail, marketplace or e-commerce businesses.
Nice to have: experience with Lazada or TikTok Shop, basic BI/reporting skills, and prior experience in marketplace growth for multi-brand businesses.
