1. Sales & Customer Service
Engage customers in the showroom and provide personalized sales consultations.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products or packages.
Assist clients with product details, pricing, promotions, and after-sales follow-up.
Support the conversion of walk-in visitors to confirmed orders.
2. Showroom Presentation & Merchandising
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
Ensure product displays are neat, correctly labeled, and aligned with the brand image.
Replenish furniture samples, brochures, and display materials as needed.
3. Operational Support
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for replenishment.
Support product arrangement, price tagging, and display updates.
Assist in showroom events, promotional campaigns, and client visits.
4. Customer Relationship & Feedback
Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve showroom experience.
Maintain accurate customer information and support order follow-ups.
5. Team Collaboration
Coordinate daily with the showroom manager and colleagues to ensure smooth operation.
Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously improve skills.
