Site Manager / Chỉ Huy Trưởng Công Trình

- Supervise the construction of civil and structure works including substructures, superstructure and finishing work including inspection of all materials following approved specification and method statement.
+ Know how to select the material and equipment for the project
+ Master the technical expertise of the work items in the project
- Be responsible for monitoring site schedule, coordinating with contractors and other relevant parties for execution of the construction works and all site matters including safety measures.
+ Know how to reduce time-schedule and organize work priority
+ Managing the safety and security division to make protection plan and safety measures
- Be responsible for the quality inspection works, ensuring the quality are complied with good construction standards, construction drawings and specification, approved method statement, procedures and design requirement, etc.
- Understand and comply with authority regulations in inspection of construction works, prepare sufficient inspection documents and records as per authority regulation to form sufficient handover document for the project.
- Highlight any site issues affecting time, cost, quality and safety of the construction works to the Project Manager/ Site Manager, follow up with rectification works if required.
- Directly manage members from Deputy Commander and below to complete common tasks:
+ Co-ordinate with project manager to assign work to Engineers
+ Monitoring and managing human resource of the project. Report to the Project manager when necessary for adjustments
+ Responsible for monitoring and signing the timesheet of all project personnel
+ Managing company's forms, give the guidance of using to the subordinate staffs
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
