Inspect and monitor maintenance providers for GS25
II. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising the construction activities of contractors
Directly monitor daily construction activities at the construction;
Check and remind workers to comply with technical standards;
Check the quality of supplies and materials using at the construction site;
Work with construction team to ensure the construction progress;
If violations of technical standards, quality and construction safety are detected, suspend the construction process to find out the cause and coordinate with other parties to handle it;
Control the occupational safety and environmental sanitation at the assigned construction site;
Supervising the sub-contractors
Check the detailed blueprint of the electrical system, ventilation - air condition system, water supply and drainage system - sanitary equipment, fire protection and prevention of the construction site;
Monitor the construction process of sub-contractors, promptly detect violations in documents, organize construction and warning of potential risks;
Coordinate and discuss with other parties to change the construction plan depending on the actual situation.
Coordinating in the construction acceptance
Coordinate with relevant parties to accept the completed projects and accept the entire construction process (with main contractors and sub-contractors);
Prepare the minutes of acceptance of quality and volume of the assigned work
If the project does not meet the requirements, coordinate with the contractor to resolve it.
Other tasks
Prepare and manage the construction quality documents;
Prepare and check the payment documents with investors/ main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and construction teams;
Prepare periodic work reports as required
